Missing a huge number of beans?

So I enjoy playing this game (even when it cheats lol). But I’m thinking of getting rid of the app. I win different prizes or recharges and they are never added. I am also now missing over 100,000 magic beans. It’s a game King, you don’t need to hamper the players progress by offering prizes that don’t appear or resetting things without notice. I am annoyed and disappointed 😟

Im order to help you can you please specify your type of device? If you play with your mobile or Facebook or Windows10 app ?

Did you uninstall for some reason your game app? It's your data connection working propely?

Did you update the game app to the last version? Did you change your device?

I haven’t changed a thing. I always play on my IPad, never uninstalled and reloaded, as it’s my IPad and not a PC or laptop, no windows 10. I am logged into the game through Facebook.

We checked in the Community and there are no more complaints about missing Magic beans.

From your mobile device, you will have to contact the "King Customer Support Care" team through "this Link"

** (Follow the steps defined in Farm Heroes Saga game screenshots). Even-though it says "Game Progress", it will be the same process for getting your lost Magic Beans.

Once you send the complaint, you will receive an automated response to your email ID. Please wait for 3 to 5 days to receive a response from an agent. If you did not hear back for 5 days, then please come back and let us know 🙏
