No connection message for weeks
I have been getting this message for weeks in all my king games. I cleared the cache, switched off my phone, turned it on again. Iβm practically locked out of my games.

Hi @Bellamy32 are you logging in using Facebook? It might be that you need to reset all your permissions again.

I am using an iPhone SE latest version.

Argh I was hoping we could blame them and it would be an easy fix π₯
Which ios version are you using? I am assuming it will be the latest one but I could be wrong.
Have you checked for apple updates? And then game updates? Have you tried logging out and then back in again?
Have you got a game without any boosters in? Have you tried reinstalling?

@Bellamy32 how much free memory do you have left on your device? You need at least 2 GB of free space. Please also make sure you have a strong and stable internet connection. Sometimes switching the Internet connection between Wi-Fi and mobile data also helps.

I clicked on the link and already tried all the options to fix the problem yet the problem still remains π
@DieOmimi I have enough storage left and tried nearly all the recommended tips. Still no solution
UPDATE - I just fiddled around with the WiFi and mobile data and managed to get back into my king games ππππΌ finally I can get back to playing again. Thank you for the consideration π

@DieOmimi that's why I gave the help link as it mentioned it on there but thanks for trying to help π
@Bellamy32 sometimes if the wifi/data has been glitchy and it hasn't been reset, it remembers the faulty version even when fixed. A bit like not cleaning cookies and cache. But I am so glad it worked for you finally π
