Iam On level 569. When I go to use a booster it says connection lost. Any ideas why? Thanks 😞

Do you have Ads in your game and it happens just when to have to receive your reward?

Or it happens everytime you need a boosters?

Could you please specify your game device?

Yes there are adds in my game. It keep saying no I internet connection when viewing a add for extra turns . It's frustrating. Thank you for your time , concerning this matter.

I contacted you yesterday re my jammed screen, and you asked me to send a screenshot of the problem. I did this, but my message has now disappeared from your listing. So I've attached the screenshot again to this message. I can't get past it to start the game, as pressing the Continue button doesn't work. Please could you resolve this problem for me? I run the game on a laptop/Windows 10.
