Connection lost errors all the time. I cannot re-connect. And yes, I have tried all your instructions. Nothing works. I am having too many issues to list here. I've sent you several emails, but you haven't sent me a solution. This happens for Farm Heroes Saga and Blossom Blast Saga (since I transferred games to new android mobile). Now, if I uninstall and re-install these games, can you set my level back to the level I am on now? I am at my wit's end here.

Please try reconnecting the game app back to your Facebook or King account and see if the progress comes back. You can find more info on how to get your progress back HERE, please click on the green letter.
Otherwise you have to contact the Customer Support,click on the green link and you find easy step.
Open the game app and tap on the 3 lines 👇
Tap on My Profile 👇
And after search for my game progress.

As I previously mentioned, I have already done everything. At least 3 times now. I get the same advice everytime I ask, but nothing works. In Blossom Blast, the option to connect to Facebook is missing, it will not allow me to change email, username or password.
I know how to do everything, but nothing works. I've sent several emails to customer support, but no reply except for the same instructions you provide. I really don't want to start over from level 1 again.
Any other suggestions?
