We are midlands (not far from Derby if you know where that is) And yes its blowing a lot. We have a lot of trees near as we are rural and they are ok but they make a strange noise when its heavy wind. Next doors fence didn't do so well though in the last storm. I shouldn't laugh but they think they are better than everyone else and I bet they are fuming 😁 Our rabbit doesn't like it, he looked like he actually wanted me to pet him when it was bad a couple of nights ago. Normally he has a "don't touch me" expression so he must have been spooked 🤣

Thank you, my dear friend Amoon. I pray each night for the right outcome and have faith that my prayers will be answered. As our Pastor says, the Lord has three answers to our prayers: Yes, No and Not yet, so I have to be patient.
I wanted to donate my gold bars in a Hub contest, as they were for a game I've stopped playing, but I couldn't. It would be good if they allowed that.

Yes, I do know Derby - my husband is from Nottingham and I'm a yam yam from the Black Country. We live on the edge of the Pennines and no doubt there'll be more trees down tomorrow.
Schadenfreude comes to mind with regard to your neighbours!😃 Your poor rabbit must have been really upset by that storm.

I like Nottingham! We went there for the Christmas Market and we often stay overnight before catching the seaside train. Youngest son is graduating from Uni there this year.
Lol as regards to the neighbours! He only does a cheap quick attempt at anything so it looks good (their side) and then it always backfires or rots.
And yes, Thumper is very tempermental. If you stroke him he cleans himself for hours and you can tell by the looks of him that you are not welcome. if these winds carry on as a regular thing we might have to get an overnight cage. Luckily he is undercoverish near the back door as if he had been where he normally is, he could have been blown over. It got our bird table 😭
You're not that far away then. I just googled cos I have heard of the Pennines just wasnt sure where they were. I used to live in the NE when we had proper snow every year cos of it being cold. I am glad we are further down now though as it seems to get worse up north.
