Feedback wanted - Support Chatbot in Farm 🤖🧡

Hey farmers! We’ve introduced a new chat for Farm in the Help Center to assist you with your questions. Follow the steps below to get to help from it:

📱 Open Farm on your phone
⚙️ Press Settings
🆘 Go to "Customer Care"
📂 Choose a topic
⬇️ Scroll down and press "Chat with us"
🤖 Start chatting with Kingsley, our helpful chatbot!

Hey there, it might be better to reach out to the support in the game to get help with this. Depending on the platform, it might be an issue with the platform itself (Windows, Google Play, App Store) - in that case it's best to contact the store to get this solved.

This is my only real question right now about Farm. What the heck is the Pageant in Barn Buddies?? every time I max out bonding with the Barn Buddy it says "2 days until pageant" then nothing ever happens 😂. Is it just a fake pageant?? Anyway the chat bot didn't have an answer for that specifically😅

Hi @LoFiGummy I apologise for going off topic.

I asked about Dicey Acres. I get this is new, however I was very intrigued.

I also asked about Hidden Garden. I have not had this event, which is why I asked this one specifically as I know other players have had this and it is not 1-2-3 Grow a Cropsie.

Sorry @LoFiGummy I cannot access the feature on the windows app. It is not appearing for me.

I tested it on iphone (ios 17) but yes I think it would be better to have the option under the main article list to start with, then he could direct towards the article or help if needed. Especially if he is going to try and help before sending onto contact.

Thank you for the input regarding the Team Events, but I ask that this thread in particular stays on topic in regards to the chat bot mentioned in the start post.

I understand that there are frustrations regarding team events not currently being available, and while I have forwarded this to the studio - I do not have the power to change this. In any case, the studio is aware, and hopefully, there will be a team event returning to Farm someday.

To reiterate, the main focus of the bot is to help players who might be having issues with the game or want to learn more about the features of the game. It doesn't have connections to the plans of the in-game events, or opinions, as it's more of a help bot!

As for the topic on hand, @rebelchild which platform are you having this issue with? Just wanted to make sure that I check it correctly.

Was this on Windows? To understand it correctly, are you saying that it would be better to see Kingsley as you open up Customer Care immediately instead of at the bottom of the articles?

As for the information, we'll look into it and make sure it has more up-to-date responses!

Very true 💞 Thank you, I see that. I am not good at speaking as I have an ASD, so speak in a literal fashion. Views positive/negative. Complexity adds complication, I am probably the worst person to voice my views because of this.

@Racoon7 I beg to differ on the question you asked about not needing a team if there is no team event. The team I'm on is the most incredible team. We support each other when having a difficult time passing levels. We give pointers, even replaying that level, then giving advice on how we passed it. We cheer each other on when a member is close to passing a milestone, and send congratulations. We ask and give lives. I need my team even if I don't have the team event!

@MollyS I have seen that, @LoFiGummy this needs updating as this is not true anymore 😓 and hasn't been for a long time. It gives hope when there is none.

Many players have been asking for the team "Pick Axes" Event to be brought back, or any team event to be introduced for a very long time, only to fall on deaf ears.

Personally, reiterating a previous post and thought, why if there is no intention of reintroducing a team event what is the need for a team? Personally this is quite cruel to offer this hope for so long, and still nothing 😪

A team means players can work toward a mutual goal. It brings players together worldwide, which is exceptionally important for vulnerable people, for whom this could be a big part of connection and inclusion.

A team means in King games there must be a team event.

@LoFiGummy I hope you can understand the importance of this, and understand the plight of those of us that keep trying to have this brought back. I would be very grateful if you could help here please 🙏💜

I play on PC and I tried this but I don't have the option. I guess it's only for those who play on their phone? When I asked the "old" help section about team events, I got this….

Gee, doesn't that sound wonderful?! Earn awesome team rewards, send lives to your teammates, play in fun team competitions, etc… 🤣 Ha, if only it were true. We have been asking for a team event and saying that sent lives are not being received regularly, but nothing changes in many months. 😬 New players must be horribly disappointed if they read this👆 and then join the game

@LoFiGummy I totally get what you mean regarding the bot not being a helpful A.I. for all questions or all game issues or maybe in my opinion wanting the return of in game features and Team Events I just took it that it was going to be more to help us or rather be more helpful than waiting on Players Support as I been waiting over a year for a answer to when our " Pick Axes were going to return " and no answer has ever been replied back to me to this day. We not just me or my Team but in most other Teams as if you seen those other Teams ask question all over YouTube and other sites alike have been asking for the return....

So @LoFiGummy I just mistaken the Bot A.I. as being a feature to help us with more in our Games along with even questions that could keep us from waiting on Player Support but I will keep questions like this from being asked from now away from the Bot meaning that I have nothing to ask this new feature at all thank you for introducing it any way have a nice day.

We were all hoping that the bot would tell us that the team event was back. We loved that event so much! We also discovered that we played FHS more so as to support our team in collecting the pick axes. I see the team event as a win/ win for king games as well as the players .

I tried to do it both ways but the customer care button wouldn't open. So I didn't have an option for the chat

@LoFiGummy The chat button didn't come up initially. I had to write my question and then find the suitable answer and I cannot remember which question I asked first, but the chat option didn't come up. So I reworded it and that's when it didn't tell me about the current issues.
It might be helpful if you're going to use AI if it was available on the first page maybe so it's easier to see?

Has anyone any idea how to complete Level 4744. Since we no longer get the 30 minute special bonus I cant complete it. I don't see why I have to buy gold etc to complete a level. Any idea why we are not getting the 30 special bonus anymore as well…Help!!!!
