synchronisation king account with facebook account

Hello.

I play Farm Heroes on my Android phone with a King account registered with my email. I have exceeded level 500. (see attached photo). I did not have a Facebook account.

Now, I have a Facebook account with this same email. If I connect on my Windows computer on Facebook, and play Farm Heroes, the game starts again at level 1. (see attached photo).

First question: How do I make Facebook and King understand that it is the same account?

Second connection: I thought about logging out of Android to connect "with Facebook" and not with King, but it says that if I log out, I will start again at level 1, which I do not want.

Tout d'abord, je vous confirme que j'ai la même adresse sur le compte king, et le compte facebook.

Ensuite, la solution que vous proposez ne fonctionne pas.

Voici toutes les captures effectuées sur mon téléphone en suivant ce que vous indiquez :

1/ niveau avec mon compte king sur mon téléphone

2/ Accès à "Mon profil King" sur le téléphone (j'ai caché mon mail dans l'image)

3/ Je clique sur "Déconnexion" : Il est indiqué que je vais REVENIR au niveau 1, et ne pas garder ma progression.

4/ J'ai donc PERDU ma progression et suis revenu au niveau 1

6/Je me connecte avec Facebook

7/Je suis donc bien connecté "avec Facebook", mais ai PERDU toute la progression

8/ Je me déconnecte donc de facebook, et me reconnecte avec mon mail et le compte king —> Je retrouve alors mon niveau 569.

⇒ Il est donc impossible de me connecter sous Facebook pour rester au niveau 569 que ce soit sur le téléphone, et aussi sur le PC.

Hi there and thanks for your patience with us, and for listening to @PummyRaj !

As mentioned, it should be as you have stated.

If you log out from your King account on your device.
Then login on your Facebook account on your device.
This should make it so your Facebook account has the same level if your Facebook account, and your King account has the same email address.

So just make sure that the email address for both your King and Facebook account is the same. But to be sure, I would take screenshots as well so that we can help if something goes wrong.

Yes! That's what our Community In-charge said! But, if you are in doubt, please wait and I will ask our Community In-charge to clarify your questions!

In the meantime, I would suggest you to take a screenshot of your game map with your progress of level 500 and save it on your phone.

Please wait till tomorrow for our Community In-charge to assist you🙏

J'ai bien compris qu'il faut se déconnecter du compte king du téléphone, pour se connecter au compte Facebook toujours sur le téléphone ( et donc synchroniser sur sur l'ordinateur).

Si je me déconnecte du compte king sur le téléphone, il est indiqué que je vais reprendre au niveau 1, alors que je souhaite garder ma progression.

Je vais donc reprendre tout depuis le début 😕? Pour retrouver le niveau 500, il faut se reconnecter avec le mail du compte king (et non Facebook)

Hi Alice,

Our Community In-charge has provided some steps for you to follow to "sync" the progress and start playing the game on your laptop from now on.

Log out from the King account first;
Then on the same device, use the "Login with Facebook" button - and log in with your Facebook account.
Now, on your phone, you should be able to continue from where you left off with the King account
Also, with this, when playing on Facebook - you should be able to play from level # 500👍️

You are right! King.com webpage is not available anymore for "syncing" purposes! That is the reasons steps in the Help article did not help you!

Our Community In-charge team was taking care of those old threads! But, looks like that article was missed! I will send a request, so that other farmers won't stumble upon this again🙏

Mais pour le moment, comme vous pouvez voir sur les photos, il n'y a pas la possibilité d'indiquer le compte king dans le jeu.

Dans votre aide, il est indiqué de se connecter sur king.com pour lier le compte king avec le login Facebook, mais cela ne doit plus exister car il n'y a plus de page de connexion sur le site king.com

Coming back to your question —> Thank you for clarifying that you are trying to play Facebook browser version!

We have the steps to create a King account, when we are logged in with Facebook! But, not the other way!! Let me find the steps and get back to you within 2 days! Until then, please continue playing on your mobile device with King account🙏

Can't access free lives from team
The game always shows that my team has given me free lives, but they are NEVER in my inbox. In fact there is never anything in my inbox. I even tried clearing the app cache and storage and nothing.
Lost my points
My game was accidentally removed. I pulled the app up and noticed my score dropped a couple thousand points! Why?? That is not fair!! I was almost @ 4000. I lost over 2000 points
Superhard
Im at a very hard level and not even in my phone i beat it
Farmer's market
I ran into farmer's market this morning and now I don't have it anymore, I could get gold bars here and the side game is gone 😢🥺
