Jag har bytt mobil och de gick inte att få över farm heroes saga till den nya. Hur gör jag?

If we save the game either with Facebook account or King (email) account, then, we can open the game on different devices and still the progress will be safe!

Do you remember creating a Facebook account or email account on your old phone and log into the game with that account?

If not, I would suggest you to follow the steps & suggestions provided in this thread —> How to move progress to a new device

After downloading the game on your new phone, did you make sure that you are logged into the game using the same account details that you have used on your old phone? If not, please do that first and let me know if you need any further assistance.
