Like @bearwithme I would bring my key lime pie. I make them all the time. Very simple to make.

    I graham cracker crust

    4 egg yolks

1 14 oz can of condensed sweetened milk

    1/4 cup key lime juice

    Whipped cream.

Combine egg yolks, condensed sweetened milk and key lime juice in a bowl and mix well.

    Pour into pie crust.

Place in preheated oven 375° and bake for 10-12 minutes.

After pie is cooked in the fridge, top with whipped cream

    Pecan Pie

    Ingredients US

    Instructions

    • Prepare my perfect pie crust recipe and place pie dough in an 9 inch pie dish. Refrigerate while you prepare the pecan pie filling.
    • In a large bowl whisk together sugar, brown sugar, salt, corn syrup, and softened (or melted) butter. Whisk in the eggs and vanilla.
    • Reserve a few pecans and stir the rest into the batter. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Add a few of the reserved pecans on top of the pie in any empty spots, to make it look pretty. Use a small spoon to cover them with batter.
    • Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then lower the oven temp to 350 degrees F and continue baking for about 50 minutes. Check the pie half way through cooking and tent a large piece of greased aluminum foil over the top of the pie. (I tent it high so it doesn't touch the pie filling). You will know your pecan pie is done when you can shake it gently and it is not overly jiggly.  If it jiggles a lot when shaking, continue cooking until the center is more set, 5-10 more minutes, or longer if needed. Err on the side of cooking it longer rather than shorter to ensure that the middle has set.
    • Allow pie to cool completely for several hours before cutting and serving. Or refrigerate for 1-3 days, until ready to serve.

A Simple Homemade Apple Pie Recipe
    Making the pie crust
    Ingredients

    .Whole-wheat flour – ½ cup
    .All-purpose flour – ½ cup
.Butter (chilled and diced) – ½ cup
    .Water – ¼ cup
    .Salt – ¼ teaspoon
    Directions
Mix the above five ingredients and make dough.
Wrap the dough in plastic film and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
    Now onto the second step.

    For the filling
    Ingredients

    .Whole-wheat flour – 2 tablespoons
    .Unsalted butter – ½ cup
.Country sugar (powdered jaggery) – 1 cup
    .Apples – 5
    Directions
Melt the butter in a pan and add flour to form a paste. Add water, sugar and let it boil for a few minutes on low heat. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F or 175 degree C. Take the dough from refrigerator and divide into two halves. Roll out the dough into a circle, slightly larger than the dimension of the pie dish. Line the pie dish with one of the rolled out dough. Fill with peeled and sliced apples, lightly heaped. For the top piecrust, you can either cover the whole pie or make a lattice pattern. If you cover the whole pie with crust, make holes here and there. Pour the sugar and butter liquid over the crust. Bake the pie for 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Keep watching. After 15 minutes, the pie should begin to turn slightly brown. Check whether the crust and the apples are done. Then take it out and allow it to cool. Cut into pieces after it cools down.

I will bring Sweet Potato Soup, a Chinese dessert from Southern China and Hong Kong.

The recipe is simple, consisting of boiling the sweet potato for a long time with rock candy and ginger.

The sweet potato contains of various color/kind, my mother will choose the yellow color one. We will add also the Pandan leaves to boil together with the sweet potato to make it more fragrance and smell good.

Day 19: I bring an "Eierschecke" with me. The "Eierschecke" is a cake speciality from the federal states of Saxony and Thuringia in Germany. It is a sheet cake made of yeast dough with a topping of curd cheese with a glaze of cream, whole egg, sugar and flour to bind.

The name "Eierschecke" is derived from the uppermost of the three layers: The top layer, the piebald mixture, consists of creamy stirred egg yolks with butter and sugar, vanilla pudding and then foamy whipped egg whites. The middle layer is mainly a curd vanilla pudding that also contains butter, egg, sugar and milk. The base is a sponge dough or yeast dough with some shortcrust pastry. Then the three-layer cake is baked.
