How can I get my bars I purchased?

I just purchased a bonus package of 10 bars and a shovel. The transaction went through but the game sent me an error message that my game was offline. I never received what I paid for and would like to get a refund.

Try to open the game app and tap on the 3 lines 👇

And then player Support and choose a Topic regarding "purchase" and explain your problem.
