I got word now from the studio that it might take some time for the fix to take effect for you - but as soon as the game is updated it will fix this for you.
Again, the rewards should still be added to your account, so make sure to check your inventory for it!

Good afternoon, I'm not sure what version I'm using, I have my player ID, is it ok to send it publicly via this thread? I play on my laptop, and my Kindle Fire, the game is synched.
What version of the game are you playing on? The rewards should still be available to you, but if they aren't it's great if we can get your Player ID.
It's not fixed, because it just happened for me when I won the bonus round, wasting more of my precious ammo ๐ฃ
I've talked to the studio now and this issue should be fixed, so if you still have it - please make sure to check your game for updates so that it can be solved! ๐ฅณ
Hey so for short, you should still get the rewards - the problem is that they're not presented in this screen. ๐ And we're working on fixing that as soon as possible.

in my game for the last 4 or 5 days, if I get a special level with bronze, silver or a gold prize for passing that level. im not getting any rewards. I used to get 9 or 10 boosters if you got the gold prize. now I only get a gold circle that has 6hr 20m above it a x9 below - for each prize. what should this be and whyโs it not working?

As @encantes mentioned unfortunately a visual glitch snuck into a recent release which is what you see here in this thread, it will be fixed in an upcoming version of the game. You still get your rewards, but they're not properly displayed here in this part of the game, so make sure to check your inventory when playing and heading into levels to ensure that you're prepared.

Hi there. I should have received a number of rewards today but all I see is a spinning arrow with a number of hours. I note that the game was modified today so am guessing something has gone very wrong at the tech end?

I am really confused about this new feature for winning a level with Amelia. If Amelia isnโt giving us any boosters anymore I will be very disappointed โน๏ธ.
As I havenโt got the quests anymore there is no other way to top up the boosters except for the daily log in. โน๏ธ๐

I agree I want my boosters this has happened to me twice already and both times I spent money to win the game so I could get those boosters how do I get reimbursed for the wasted money?
