I'm sure I've probably missed this somehow, but what are these things I am about to collect? The swirly things, whatever they are called? What are they and what do they do?

I agree I want my boosters this has happened to me twice already and both times I spent money to win the game so I could get those boosters how do I get reimbursed for the wasted money?
I understand the technical problems, but didn't we all miss out on our prizes? I need as much help as I can get π

I am really confused about this new feature for winning a level with Amelia. If Amelia isnβt giving us any boosters anymore I will be very disappointed βΉοΈ.
As I havenβt got the quests anymore there is no other way to top up the boosters except for the daily log in. βΉοΈπ

Hi there. I should have received a number of rewards today but all I see is a spinning arrow with a number of hours. I note that the game was modified today so am guessing something has gone very wrong at the tech end?

in my game for the last 4 or 5 days, if I get a special level with bronze, silver or a gold prize for passing that level. im not getting any rewards. I used to get 9 or 10 boosters if you got the gold prize. now I only get a gold circle that has 6hr 20m above it a x9 below - for each prize. what should this be and whyβs it not working?

Hey so for short, you should still get the rewards - the problem is that they're not presented in this screen. π And we're working on fixing that as soon as possible.

It's not fixed, because it just happened for me when I won the bonus round, wasting more of my precious ammo π£
What version of the game are you playing on? The rewards should still be available to you, but if they aren't it's great if we can get your Player ID.

I got word now from the studio that it might take some time for the fix to take effect for you - but as soon as the game is updated it will fix this for you.
Again, the rewards should still be added to your account, so make sure to check your inventory for it!
Nor me, I had it again on a bonus round today, grrr. And I wasted ammo again too.

Hi, Every time I open the game the map always starts at an earlier position instead of my current one. I am logged in via email (not Facebook). Hey, sorry for my bad english. My game (Candy Crush) was connected to my facebook as usual and one of the events had some bugs so I uninstalled the game and installed again. But now Iβve lost all my items like fishes, bombs and EVERYTHING, except for my level progress and gold bars. Support team or someone, please help me.β¦
