Sorry but I can't see your screenshot with your levels, but if you have app last version 5.44.6 just wait for new levels, actually are at 3445.

If you still cannot update the latest version of this game, you can see Crazy Cat Lad the Community Manager has answered :
All our games require that your Android version is at least 4.4.4 or higher. Even though for best game experience I'd recommend to have Android 5 or later version installed.
For iOS you will need at least iOS 8 or later version to be able to play any King game.

Since your game version is lower than the latest version i.e. 5.44.6, please update your game as suggested by Encantes and make sure your device esp. mobile's operating system is able to support the update, as mentioned by Ms Diamond Lim.
