I'm not receiving boosters on Candy Crush Saga. When I spin the wheel and land on the stars, I never get the saucers or any of the special boosters. This has happened several times and support won't answer or help me.

Please do the standard troubleshooting by Log out, update your game application, Restart your device and login again. If playing via web browser clear cache/history and check again if it solves or not.
