when I am in Farm Hero and buy extra lives to continue that game, on the third time buying the screen freezes and take my points. I have to reset to go back into the game and start that level again. It happens on all differant levels.

Understood that you have issue on game freezes after making several purchases. If your purchases failed the third time, please contact our Support team and select option "Problem with purchases" and then sub-topic "Unsuccessful Purchase" and copy and paste the problem description that you've posted here.
Meanwhile, please log out/exit from game, check whether there is any update available for the game. If there is, please update it and make sure your device have at least 2GB to perform this. After update, please restart/reboot your device. Log back into your game as usual.

Don't worry! You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Purchase items not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (but use Game ID with phone as well and How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
