hi, I'm the new player. I've download the app already. When I open it, it shut down suddenly and I really don't know why. please help

Can you please tell us which device you are using to play the game.
You may try to update your device and reinstall once again.
Make sure that you have sufficient free storage on your device, we normally recommend having at least 2GB free.

How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)

Hi dear please also clear cache from your Safari. Which is very important.
- To clear cache completely, go to Settings > Safari and tap Clear History and Website Data.
