I paid for a booster but can't return to the game.

I paid for a booster but now I'm stuck in the view that shows how to use it. It looks like I'll have to restart to clear the hangup. What to do? This thing cost me real money.

    So sorry to hear this happened @PGkeen and no worries, the community is here to help 😉

    First thing first, I need your Game ID click HERE and the following details:

    • what are the make, model of the device you are playing on, and the game version you have installed?
    • which booster did you purchase?
    • how many times did this occur?

    "Click HERE" doesn't seem to work.

    However, I had to open another version of the game to get that number. The hung game is in another window of Firefox.

    I'm playing level 2642, purchase was a level-4 bonus round including a super fruit

    this is the first time.

    May I point out that I purchased three bonus rounds before this one. I will loose those investments as well if I have to restart the game.

    Sorry the link did not work @PGkeen 😬 and thank you for the additional details!

    You will have to restart the game as that is the only way to refresh it and hopefully, this issue was just a one-time incident.

    In the meantime, Player Support has added back the Gold bars that have been used so far so that you can give the level another try.

    Let me know if you have received the compensation and if you are able to keep playing without any issues 😉

    @QueenB that link came up as blank but said unsafe in the browser if that helps. I wondered it it had been tidied away so I checked it too 😁
