Did you update the game to the last version? It's possible to have a screenshot of your issue?

Hi, sorry for butting in but its very important that we know how you save progress. If you play through King.com or Facebook on a browser, or through the windows 10 app. It makes a difference as Facebook currently has a problem where requests are not being sent through even when clicked and so very few lives and beans are coming through both to us and others.

I'm guessing that the time difference is the reason that this was closed, I had finished playing at 4pm on the day that this question was answered, it's now 12.40pm the following day. I haven't opened the game to play and won't be until approx 3pm Australian time so until then I won't have an answer to the question. Sorry if this seems to be ambiguous
