We will need some more details first. Are you using Windows or Mac? What version of the app is it running, how much free disc space do you have and how much ram does the machine have and how much free ram does it have?

I'm using Windows 10, I'm sure I have plenty of free disc space, don't know about the rest of your questions but it was all working perfectly ok 3 days ago...
