Since update game won't start. Small green square 🟩 buffering, have tried uninstall etc. But still can't play Help

Are you playing on PC or a mobile device? I had a similar thing on my PC. It turned out to be a corrupt graphics driver.

Thanks,playing on tablet also have alpha Betty saga and candy crush with no issues on either.

I am sorry… I did not understand which “green square” you are talking about! Would you mind showing me a screenshot of it?
Do you see that at the bottom right of your screen - on the “Menu” screen as well as on the Map screen?

The green square 🟩is right in centre of screen.by buffering I mean it turns round. I have successfully downloaded to my phone but tablet still the same I also play AlphaBetty saga which ,so far, has had no problems

Oh! Do you see a “buffering circle” next/near to that “Play” button?
Is the game working fine on your phone then? Are you able to play without that buffering issue?

Yes I can play on phone ,newly installed, but unable to reinstall on tablet,other games still work.

I have informed about this issue to our Farm In-charge. Let me see what she comes up with and have any remedy to reinstall the game on Tablet.
But, it will be only tomorrow as it is already after work hours for them.
