Can you please find your game ID number and post it here? Since you are on Facebook, you can try this link --> Find my game ID
OR you can scroll down to the bottom of the screen and you will see "Find my ID", FAQ, Privacy Policy and other tabs right next to it. You click on that "Find my ID" (in Orange letters) and your ID will be displayed. Simply, copy & paste it here.

I've reported this to Player Support who will investigate further however, we could use a screenshot of the entire page when the game freezes showing the tutorial so we can have a closer look. Could you help us with that, please?
Oh, and we will also need your Game ID as our lovely @PummyRaj has suggested, with the ID, we will be able to help you π

I have taken a screenshot from my game on Facebook and marked the place where you will see your game ID number... please check this ποΈ

Support wanted to know if you have by any chance tried clearing the cache of the browser? We believe clearing the cache should work so wanted to confirm if this has been attempted already.

Player Support noticed that your game is currently on level 4294 and when the issue started that was on level 4291. Have you had this tutorial getting stuck on all the past levels while you made progress in the game?

yes...game works to pass level...then soon freezes again
