connection error - I can't retrieve my progress.

Goodnight! I use the game by mobile, and after an update, my progress has gone out and whenever I try to rescue from connection error. But my internet is ok, no problem. could someone help me please

Sorry to hear about the issue you are having in your game! Can you tell me when did the problem start? By any chance, was it on Wednesday, the 27th?
Did you log into the game through Facebook OR Kingdom account?
If you logged in via Facebook, can you please follow these steps and let me know how it goes:: Close the Game App --> Delete the Facebook App --> Clear Cache --> Disconnect WiFi --> Shutdown your mobile for 5 minutes and turn it back on --> Connect to Internet --> Reinstall Facebook App --> Open the game and log-in.
** Now, you should be able to log into the game without any issues. Since you are logged in, your progress should be back too.

hello, this is happening from the 15th of october. My account is not logged in by facebook, it is logged in by kingdom. I don't know what to do, I already uninstalled and installed the application several times and it still didn't work.

I found that you can start the app with a mediocre connection, but it takes a strong connection to retrieve your progress. So maybe there is congestion where you live, or maybe there are too many background apps running.
