To clarify does the game freeze when you have completed a level or is it freezing because you have watched an ad for extra moves?
Sorry for keep asking but we need to understand what might be trigging this, is it the ads for extra moves, is it the Hero Mode or does the game freeze while you still have moves left.

If you play on a mobile device you can get the option to see ads for extra moves but this is not available for all. Where/how do you play?

Thanks,Queen B. I've been playing for years, but for some reason, didn't join the community until recently. I mostly play on my tablet, but sometimes play on my phone, and have never had the opportunity to watch an ad for extra moves. I play with my Facebook/King accounts linked

Awesome! Since you do play on a mobile device, you might get the option to see Ads in the future. Ads are available to a group of players and that group gets changes from time to time.
What I recommend is to keep making sure the game app is always up to date and there is a trick (doesn't always work) that some players do and that is to disconnect the game from Facebook and play connected through King account instead and vice versa.

I am so sorry to hear that the Ads are still glitchy in your game!
Looks like the Studio could not reproduce the issue when they tried π€¦ Because of that, they cannot find what could be triggering the freeze!
It happened in my game too, but only once! For me, the Ad actually froze, then the game froze after using one of the free moves! I just had to force stop the game and restart device.
Since you have been experiencing repeatedly, will you be able to make a video when it happens again? May be the Studio team will be able to figure out what's the actual issue could be! (Hope I made sense!)
