Same. I recently transferred my account from king.com to facebook. In the switch, I lost every single friend in my contact list. I now have NO friends and no way to gain friends. I cannot receive lives or beans because I have no friends and no way to gain them. (I know, I sound like a loser!) Please help! This transition has completely screwed me over.

Oh no, something must have gone wrong and in these cases, we recommend reinstalling the game app and reconnecting the game app as it shows that the game is not connected.

Please note that any saved boosters and lives will be lost but this is a necessary step to try as it usually solves all connection issues.

I have a feeling the game app is not properly connected to your new Facebook account. Before switching accounts, did you by any chance reinstalled the game app?

I have played other games and 
they have never left me 
offline, it must be a problem
 with FHS

I can assure you there is no issue from our side as this is something we monitored closely every day.

Losing connection issues on apps is very common, it can either be the internet connection or an app cache that needs to be cleared out.

Are you able to try reinstalling the game app?
