Still not working for me. Second day now with the message "You have experienced an error that we are working hard to fix. Please try again in a moment"

Having cleared the cache and cookies, can now get into the game but none of my companions have reloaded despite being out of the game for about 48 hours.

We have tested the game and we have not been able to reproduce the issue since it got fixed.

Can you confirm which browser you are both using? Also, as @Rose_Weber suggested, have you tried clearing cookies too?

@encantes, @Michel66 raises an important possibility -- that it's not the browser or the cookies or the cache, but rather the operating system. I'm Windows 10 and it works fine, but apparently it doesn't work fine on Windows 11. So maybe that's all there is to it.

We are sorry if you have problems with your game, in order to help you, can we ask you if you are playing through Facebook or with your mobile?

Because there is a problem with the game loading in Facebook and the Farm Studio is working hard to fix it! Can you please specify your type of device, your browser and your type of sistem, i.e. Windows10 or Windows11?

Update: I tried to open with FireFox and I did get in, but with no bonus companions. I don't understand how it can remember what level I am on and delete my bonuses.

Just checked and still can not play Farm Heroes Saga on FB/PC. Whenever I clear the cookies/cache it deletes all my bonuses. This just started about a month or so ago. Anyway, I just did it the other day.

Problem is solved : I cleared the cache from Firefox and all the problems are gone. 😍
