I keep getting this message when I try to claim my Harvest Rush farmtastic prize. I am logged in. Tried to reboot computer and relogin in but still get the same message.

    Sorry if I didn't write to you before but I didn't receive your tag in your first answer

    There was glitch with the event a while ago. For some players, this pop-up appears when they have the Harvest Rush event. Please clear the cache and cookies on your computer and see if the pop-up stops appearing. If it still doesn't, please post back and let me know and I can escalate to our Farm Manager

    I’m having the same issue on my iPhone. I cleared my cache, cookies and data and no luck. My game user ID is 2023864469. I play on the farm heroes saga app I don’t play through FB.

    It happens when I first start the program. It says Loading then Harvest Rush Enjoy your fantastic prize, then when I click I get the Oops You have lost connection message.


    I have tried clearing the cache and restarting the computer. I still get the message.

    The lost Connection with Harvest rush is still present in your game or in different moment?

    Can you please give us more details about your type of device PC or mobile?

    It is present on startup and also comes up during the game.
