I keep getting this message when I try to claim my Harvest Rush farmtastic prize. I am logged in. Tried to reboot computer and relogin in but still get the same message.

Hi @mamaschneider and welcome to the community. There is a glitch with the harvest rush right now, but unfortunately no fix yet. If you are still seeing the message its likely because you are trying to claim the prize, but the event has ended, which means it shows no connection.
The only way I have found to solve issues like it before if it won't go away, is to reinstall the game. But you will lose any saved boosters and progress unless its backed up to Facebook or the Kingdom. If you have saved it on either of those, and have no saved boosters, its worth trying. Once you log back in, progress (gold and beans) will reappear.

No sometimes it runs past the harvest event
It happens for me on my iPhone also at the beginning of logging on and during the game constantly. Itβs annoying!!!!

Thank you very much for reporting this issue you are not having with Harvest Rush! The feature is making a comeback, so it's currently being tested, and we will pass on your feedback regarding not being able to collect your rewards.
There is currently no fix to this issue, but we hope you will have a better experience next time!
Apologies for the trouble caused, and I hope you will still be able to enjoy the game and the other features it has to offer π
It is present on startup and also comes up during the game.

It happens when I first start the program. It says Loading then Harvest Rush Enjoy your fantastic prize, then when I click I get the Oops You have lost connection message.
I have tried clearing the cache and restarting the computer. I still get the message.

Iβm having the same issue on my iPhone. I cleared my cache, cookies and data and no luck. My game user ID is 2023864469. I play on the farm heroes saga app I donβt play through FB.

Sorry if I didn't write to you before but I didn't receive your tag in your first answer
There was glitch with the event a while ago. For some players, this pop-up appears when they have the Harvest Rush event. Please clear the cache and cookies on your computer and see if the pop-up stops appearing. If it still doesn't, please post back and let me know and I can escalate to our Farm Manager
