game opens but nothing happens when I press on different things
I have tried restarting my phone etc. just started happening today
I don't want to uninstall and reinstall cuz I have tons of boosters
it happened with the new more fall background.
playing on google pixel 6A
help??
I'm wondering if it might have something to do with that problem I had with the rewards for some contest coming up and then saying no connection because I had already clamined them on my computer -
editing to show what happens when I open it on my phone - all of the buttons etc aren't even there

I am sorry to hear that your game is freezing!!
Is it happening as long as you open the game (on home page); OR on the map page OR when you click on a level OR when you open a level?
NO! Please do not reinstall your game at any cost!! If there is something wrong with the game itself, then it will be a waste to reinstall the game!

well I added a screen shot above. I can get to the map page but then thats it. the gifts are bouncing like normal but the buttoms at the bottom and top are missing and if I try and click on a level or anything there - nothing happens. and im linked to the game through fb but that is taking forever to happen also - usually it happens right away.
I just opened it again and this time the top and bottom buttons are there - but nothing is working. and now they are gone again

That has happened to me quite a few times! But, I just turn off the device and give it (the game) bit of a rest, and when I go back to it after couple of hours, it would work fine!
Can you please tell me something... do you play any other games (King or non-King)? If so, are they acting the same OR are they working fine?

I checked the game on my Android phone and it’s working fine!
Since it has been few hours, try to open the game again and see if it freezes again!! If not, great 👍
If it does, close the App and open it back after a bit and log off from the game for few hours (may be till tomorrow morning) and log back in.
I checked my FB groups and did not see any other complaints 🤔🤔
