First and foremost question 😁
Are you playing an old level OR a new level? If it is an old level, does it already have 3 stars on it?
Second question…
Are you playing on an iPad or an Android? The reason I am asking this is because, I play on both iPad and Android phone. There are no issues when I play on Android phone. But, when I play on iPad, the Apples are not being counted!!
If you can confirm these for me, I will be able to send a heads-up to our Farm In-charge.

Can you please check the App version you have right now and let me know what it is?
It must be 5.91.2 and up. If you do not have the updated version, please install it and check if the Apples do any better.
I have the latest version. But, I am saving quite a few "starting boosters" on my iPad game! That's why, I am not playing on iPad, as those boosters will go to a waste just for the trial run 😅 (Hope I have not sounded silly)

Hi Chuck, one last thing...
Can you please provide your game ID number?
If you don't know how to look for your ID, please check these images...
1) Click on the Blue “My profile” tab;
2) Now double-tap on the King logo -- the logo should disappear and reveal your Game ID.
