Event game not loading pls assist as this is frustrating me. Keeps on saying coming soon and its been a week now

My wife has had weeks with no event, i consider it a ploy on your behalf to get ppl to spend money, it states a new event every week and yet while i get 1 a week my wife gets none, i consider the fact she has spent a small amount of money to be the reason, you have a payer and try to force cash.
..while im here, the events are not in any testing phase, unless you consider testing who you can con out of cash and the impact on their wallet...
Oh ok, i understand but it shouldn't be two weeks. I am addicted to this game and having to wait 2 weeks for an event game aspecially if you need beans from them is frustrating. Before i used to know that atleast 2 new games were going to be loaded and always wait for a new challenge and my playmates are moving. Competition makes the game more fun

Not always all challenges and offers will be available for all our players in all our games.
This can occur since most challenges, offers and new elements or extras are made available to only a small part of the players, randomly chosen, for testing purposes and to better analyze the impact.
The opposite can also happen and some challenges, offers or features might get deactivated after some time.
I understand this might not be appreciated by all our players, but I guarantee this is the best way for us to improve our games, challenges, offers and gaming elements in the future.

I've tried contacting support and they're hopeless. Not addressing the issue or answering my questions. The latest temporary event where you needed to collect logs, disappeared from my game. I got a message that it was 'taking a break', (or something to that effect, which I've never seen in the game before), two days…
