hehe, I can't imagine it's a high issue especially if it has so few people experiencing it. I don't mind waiting. I just know documenting things is handy as it can sometimes show more about the error than a single instance. When I was working for an IT company they loved if we could timestamp at least 3 instances of the error, though it wasn't often possible. They had software for pulling up the internal workings though so... XD
