unable to claim an endless chest again
I was able to claim multiple taps of the chest once I achieved the 12 "pawsitive" badges to get in, but today (Friday 16th Dec 2022 6pm NZST) it will not open despite have more than enough points. I have converted a video of the error. You can see me press the "collect", the chest, "activate", and the "x". All other buttons work as intended
I'm aware I'm playing on an older device:
iphone 5s running iOS12.5.6
running FHS version 5.93.4

Small update: once I had double the amount of tokens needed it let me collect a fresh tap, but not the second.

I am sorry to hear that you were having issue with collecting the final reward from Farm Pass event.
If you donโt mind, a question! I am a bit confused when you said โyou were able to collect fresh tap, but not the secondโ
Can you please explain a bit? I am not sure what I am supposed to look in the video ๐ค Are you talking about the โGolden Passโ rewards - that are on the right side?

Beg pardon! I mean when I have 24+/12 paws, the chest will let me collect a reward. Basically it is acting as if the first 12 paws don't count. so if I got to 36 paws, I'd be able to tap it twice, claiming two rewards, taking it back down to 12/12, but anything below 24 and it will behave as in the gif'd video where, reacting as if I was below the needed 12 paws. I can absolutely gather a video of that later today (about to go out for errands) since I was playing overnight and have a surplus saved.

Actually, I have heard of this complaint from couple other Farmers too! But, they didnโt / couldnโt provide much details about the issue.
When the Studio team tried on their end, they couldnโt reproduce the issue. Without many details and proper proof, they do not know what and where the problem is!
It would be really great if you can post a video that explains the issue. Our Farm Community Iโm-charge can pass it on to the Farm game Studio when they come back on Monday ๐ค

I saw there was an "attach" as well as an image post, I assume I should use that to attach my original un-giffed video :) then get the new one showing how I can claim above 24 paws and anything I can record from below
I'll also run my full suite of "diagnostics" as per my old job, including restarting, force restarting, offloading and reloading the app etc etc to try and give as much data as possible.
I should have it up by 10pm NZST as I have guests at the moment after my errands of the day :P

update with all the requested footage
original video: observing the error. Tapped on the collect button multiple times, shown by the button pulsing. Then tapping on the chest which makes the icons appear, then the "activate" button to show other buttons work, the red x, the collect, the chest, then the main x.

Second video taken before normal restarting and force restarting the phone, able to collect two rounds normally before the total paws drops below 24. Collect button no longer works
third video taken after normal and force restarting the phone, unable to collect
fourth video shows offloading the app, to show it is a fresh download

fifth video shows after that load that once again tapping the collect button makes it pulse and react, but not result in collection, tapping the chest itself shows the icons, the info button shows info, the activate button offers the buy, but still unable to collect the chest despite having 13 tokens.

if I lost them with the offload, I lost them, I'll survive XD I haven't spent any money on them.

another update: it's now stuck on 3 unclaimable openings (as in I have 36+ paws)
I think the heart of the error is that I tend to play late at night, play until I get sleepy, then set my phone down. Whenever I pick it back up the game always has to reload, so I'm expecting a force-quit/reload function is built in somewhere. I have realised that if I go over the paw-quirement and then let my phone go into sleep mode - I can't claim any chests until I've gained another 12.
