I have a 'friend' who de-friended me on Facebook (no big deal), but they still appear as an 'in-game' friend. How do I delete them from my game friends list please?
I'm having the same problem I know all 6 people but have never been Facebook friends with them.. They are on my farm hero Sega friends list . I don't speak to these people and don't communicate on any level. .I just want them off plz help
@FJ_Steve the CM suggested reinstalling the game, but that only might help on the android device.
Apparantly its an issue with Facebook that (FB) are aware of but don't seem to be rushing to fix it. As per usual. (That's my add on not Kings. But they never are quick to fix game issues when its on their own side)
It's when you log in via king.com. You can sync the account with FB so you can log in either way.
im stumped! So I'm going to ask out community manager if she has any ideas π
And @Lady_Choo I can confirm I am not following this friend. They has been blocked from my friend's list.
Not sure what a "Kingdom Account" is. I don't believe so.
@LoveDachs thank you for trying to help. The tagging issue is under investigation still βΉ Sometimes editing afterwards makes it appear.
Gah. Yes 2 years and they should have been gone. The only thing I can think of is that you maybe had them on a kingdom account and that is why they are showing?
Alternatively...sometimes people allow followers. It might be worth checking to see if you are still following even though unfriended? It doesn't automatically unfollow if they do.

Cache clearing, rebooting has been done on a regular basis. Have logged out of the game and logged back in again on multiple occasions. No change :(
Hi again, yes this is confusing to me too, I would think that once someone is removed from the friend list (on either end).. that would take care of it. Which it did as far as Facebook, just not on the game app. The only other thing I can think of, and this is probably ridiculous because it's been two years is to clean cache and reboot. But it could be a glitch in the app, so with that said am going to tag @Lady_Choo , no not this way I guess.. looks like tagging someone this way is still not entirely fixed. Let's see if she has found anything out for you since you responded to her. You're very welcome, wish I could have had answer for you. π€
The friend is no longer on my friends list. So not sure how going back to the Facebook page and removing 'the friend' would be possible.
The link worked, but only went to a general 'help' page for Facebook, no direct info in respect to the problem I have. Thankyou.
I was 'unfriended' almost 2 years ago ;)
I have checked both my laptop and a portable Android device. My laptop, using the game via FB link, shows 'the friend' in my friends list. On the Android device I use the Game Launcher app, and I note that the 'friend' is also listed inside the game there.
It's confusing eh?
Hi @FJ_Steve and welcome to the community.
As your friend has unfriended you, they shouldn't show up but it can take a little time for the servers to sync up. Are you playing on a device or through Facebook on the browser?

I don't use Facebook and when I searched I couldn't find anything but this old entry, but am hoping that the information is still valid. If it isn't tag me or click reply (back to me) and I'll find someone to help... if no one has by then.
I hope you stay active on the site as there is a lot to do.. from contests where you can win gold bars, badges and sometimes boosters. Also discussions, polls, on-site word and counting games and you will always be informed on what is new and current in your game(s).. especially if you get on the tagging lists. Let me know if you need any help and if I can't, I will point you in the right direction. π€

I'm unable to get the links to work correctly, the site has been under some renovations and they are still trying to get some bugs out, but I did a little more digging and I think I have the only solution.
Apparently this action cannot be done on the app..instead you'll have to go directly to your Facebook page and manually remove the friend from there.
I hope this is right, if anyone else has a better answer, please jump in. π
