Lost Boosters & Gifted Lives
i was having issues with the iOS app version of farm heroes saga, so I deleted and reinstalled the app. This resulted in all of my boosters (40-50 of each) and my inbox full of lives (30-40) to disappear. I contacted King about this and received the automated response that this is a known issue and since they were ‘free’ boosters and lives, nothing can be done if they are lost. I don’t think that this is a sufficient response and so am following the direction of the email to join the community and post on the pages here. I know it will be absolutely possible to reinstate my lost boosters and lives, so please can I have assistance in making this happen? thank you!

Hello @sblue . I have had this issue also when I've had to re install games. I'm sorry to say, but I've never been reimbursed any free boosters or gifted lives. Some players have gotten back the items they spent money on.
But, welcome to the community! We are a fun group of wacky farmers here, and I hope you stay and participate in the many contests we have here. There are many opportunities to win gold bars.

As @rebelchild correctly informed you, unfortunately King cannot reinburse you for boosters or lives lost on reinstall. The reason they are lost is because they are saved in your device memory rather than within the game itself. So you wipe the game data, and everything goes with it. Sadly this means that King have no record of them.
Did the game work properly after it was reinstalled?
Were any of the boosters bought with real money? If so, they can absolutely be replaced.
I know this isn't the answer you were hoping for and as a player who has had to reinstall games so many times over the years, I understand its highly annoying. King will suggest that you don't save too many boosters so that if you have to re-install (or sometimes the game will re-install itself on updating automatically but that's often down to the device rather than the game) you don't lose so many.
While you are in the community, we are always running contests for gold bars and often boosters. Its always worth entering some if you have the time 🙂
