Because, this rewards glitch with Harvest Rush is not the issue on players' side, but the game itself.
The Farm Game Studio team is looking into this glitch. But, unfortunately, it is taking much longer than expected!!
So, yes! Your game is connected well to the internet and performing well👍️
With regards to the "no connection" pop-up, all we can do is to ignore that and play your game. I know how annoying it will be (as I too have experienced it for a while. But, it stopped on it's own... not sure how😅).
