Because, this rewards glitch with Harvest Rush is not the issue on players' side, but the game itself.
The Farm Game Studio team is looking into this glitch. But, unfortunately, it is taking much longer than expected!!

With regards to the "no connection" pop-up, all we can do is to ignore that and play your game. I know how annoying it will be (as I too have experienced it for a while. But, it stopped on it's own... not sure howπ ).

Only with harvest rush. "You'll receive your rewards when you reconnect" I receive other rewards...and I AM connected!

So, are you receiving "no connection" only with Harvest Rush rewards OR with Daily Bonus, and other events, too?
Me too! No connection. What's happening. You win stuff and they won't let you collect. I am definitely connected!

I was playing Farm Heroes Saga and finally won level 1534. But then the screen froze up as it was going through the scoring sequence. I exited the game, cleared my cache and reloaded. Now it's not recognizing my win and wants me to play the level I just won! See screenshots below.

Greetings to those still experiencing problems with Farm heroes saga.. The level 45 side game is gone again, and you hadn't left any other advantages, so now we're deprived of that too. Unlocking one level per week isn't enough, and I can't eve play because I'm afraid I'II finish it.. Ugh, I keep playing hoping it will Getβ¦
