I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with Farm Heroes Saga.
Can you please tell me on which device, you are experiencing this issue? If you have a laptop with Windows10/11, can you check if you can install the App version without any issues?
Tomorrow, I will ask our Community Manager about this and see if she has any ideas👍️

I have the app on all my Apple devices, and I did hear back from Nordic VPN. They gave me a lot of steps to take to fix the issue and I did these and right now everything is working great This app is the only one I actually make purchases in to play the game and I’m so glad everything is fixed. Thanks so much.
