In the mean time, can you please post a screenshot of your current boosters? You will need to click on the 2nd icon located in the bottom left corner of the empty comment box.

Thank you for responding. Yes I use Google Chrome, I have for years without any problems. Yes its the dog boosters only.

One more question... Are you playing on a browser like Google Chrome or the App version?
Also, is it just happening to your Dog boosters? Are the other boosters fine and you are not losing them?

The dog boosters do get added to me but just as soon as I leave the game when I come back a few minutes later they are gone. I use my chromebook , always have, never happened before but the last 8 weeks, gone!!

Are you saying that when you accept the booster, it doesn't get added to your inventory? Do you play on mobile or through Facebook?
