Hi. If I can't complete a level, after so many tries, I was getting 5 extra moves, to a maximum on 30 additional tries for 9 gold bars.
I have been stuck on the last sleepy sheepy level for 2 days and not received any extra moves and also on the normal game, same thinb

Thank you for explaining about the issue you have posted in the opening post. I too had that feature in my game and it is still a "test feature".
I am stuck on level # 5299 from yesterday. I tried about 50 times and the offer did not appear yet. So, I am guessing either the test is switched off OR it was moved to another group of players to test it out.
I will find out from our Farm game In-charge, and get back to you on Tuesday. Please bear with me until then🐣

Did you ever find out why we're not getting up to 30 extra moves now? I would buy gold when it offered me 30 extra moves. I will not buy gold for only 5extra moves. The game is going to lose a ton of money

Hi @ashleykaygullickson as @PummyRaj explained to the other player above, its still in testing. Not everyone has it. We will of course pass on your feedback, but it might have vanished temporarily while they fix something. We can of course ask again.
