Farm Heroes Saga not loading on Windows (Edited: Solved)

You don't need to be sorry! @BradStark its not your fault. I will ask the CM to see if the studio have any ideas as clearly they fixed something for the others. Is it doing anything at all or won't it even open? if you haven't already, could you let me have your player ID too.

I did just that. Uninstalled the app, cleared temp and cache, restarted the system, reinstalled the game. Still not working :( Sorry for being a persistent pain!

Before you reinstalled could I ask, did you clear temp files and cache? I know it's a bigger pain to do that on windows but I use a programme called ccleaner just to get rid of the temp stuff. Might be worth a try?

Nobody is suggesting it's your fault don't worry. But sometimes if there has been a fault in a previous version, reinstalling it clears the issue.

I tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it several times. Still not working :(

I don't think it's a fault in my setup, because other King games are working just fine.

Unfortunately it's still not working on Windows 10. The game window just flashes black for a split second and then disappears no matter how many times I try to launch it and reinstall it.

We believe this issue should be solved now, could you please let us know if you can open the game, check the vents and go back to the game map without any issues?

It was reported to the game Studio. Will update you guys when we have some news👍️

Unfortunately the game no longer works. It starts with the daily reward, after that it becomes unresponsive.

All other king games work. I have Android 13 mobile device and updated all updates. I've had this problem for 3 days

1) Device you are using;

2) Whether your game is freezing when you are trying to play a level OR trying to click on the Events;

3) Your game ID number -- This Link will help you to find it (click on the green lettered link).

NOTE: Please do not reinstall your game! It does not help to resolve the issue and you will lost your saved boosters!

Been happening to me for the last 3 days. Came on here to see if was just me. I have tried logging out and back in. The download is up to date. I don’t know what else to do!
