This is the second day in a role, I purchase additional lives and it doesn't give me the lives. I paid I think it was 12.99 for 55 lives along with other things. Is there something wrong with the game?

Good afternoon Karen, @Kghezawi I am sorry you are having issues with the game, I know my co-mod @PummyRaj has raised it already with our farm manager. You have two options. You can either contact your play store and tell them you haven't had the items, (through your purchase history if you use apple) or you need to contact support from within the game. Make sure you tell them that its missing items or you will be sent back here, This is very important. You will get an option like this.
