Extra moves unavailable

Hi,

For the last 2 nights I have more often than not been able to get extra moves by watching an ad. It just says connection lost. Last night I couldn't buy moves with gold bars either until very late.

Tonight I could watch an ad for extra moves for awhile and now I can't again. I don't have enough gold bars now to try.

Samsung s20 up to date.

Hi @poppyandme, how is it going?

I'm sorry to hear you have had issues getting Ads to work but also having some connection issues. I've checked with the developers and all seems to be in order. There are few things you can try and see if that helps improve the game:

Disconnect the game from Facebook and try switching to King account if possible.

Close the game app and restart the device.

Clear game app cache.

Try switching from WiFi to mobile data and vice versa.

Hi @poppyandme that sounds very odd...or it sounds like it could be a connection issue with the server. I am not sure if I remember reading someone else had lost the ads yesterday, so I am wondering if they are having issues. Its not an official feature yet, its in testing...and generally when connection is lost but fine with everything else, its because whatever it is you are trying to access, has finished or been turned off. Let me ask our farm manager and see if she can find anything out for you 🤗

Has anyone any idea how to complete Level 4744. Since we no longer get the 30 minute special bonus I cant complete it. I don't see why I have to buy gold etc to complete a level. Any idea why we are not getting the 30 special bonus anymore as well…Help!!!!
Not receiving lives from my team anymore
Hello, I don't receive lives from my team anymore. My team is active, I get requests for lives and send them, but never anything back anymore, while I used to receive several lives every day. My ID is1164913688, my team is Speknekken
