How do you get ads to gain boosters and extra moves my mum has an ipad and gets them all the time so I bought the same ipad so I could get them and so far I don't.I play on facebook but she plays on King. Is that the reason ?

About the Ads is given randomly in a group of players and is only available if you play in the game app with your mobile or tablet but no through Facebook!

I'm playing on my phone and get ads for a bit, then they're gone. It's usually the next day before I get them back again. Often I can watch an ad to get a booster at the start of a level, then the ads are gone during a game to get more moves. I find I can get ads all over the place for the first half hour or so of playing then they just stop.
Either I get a message about losing connection when trying to get more moves, or the option to watch is not there at all. Strangely if it says I've lost connection, I can still watch an ad before restarting the game .
It drives me nuts!
Never have any trouble with Super Farm Heroes ads.

Apparently you need to play on the app. I do have the app on my phone but I play through facebook and I've been playing for 8 years and I'm not going back to the beginning .

You can still play through facebook on your phone! Just log in to the game with your Facebook details and your progress and gold will appear 🤗

I also get a message (sometimes) about “losing connection” when I try to watch an ad to get more moves. I know I haven’t lost connection and it’s frustrating that Farm Heroes either makes you use your gold to buy moves, or quit the level. 🤦♀️

@KatieChristine and this is why they are still in testing mode….glitches still happen. That’s why not everyone gets them. Have a look at our contests (link in my signature) for a chance to win gold in your game though. Welcome to the community 🤗

Lost the free boosters and extra moves months ago - recently they’ve just come back on their own and out of the blue! Everything being great but now I’m getting the ‘oops you've list your connection’ message when I try to watch an ad to extend the moves. 🤷🏻♀️
