    REGARDING YOUR QUESTION (to the above),

    《 Oh just a thought, is it the confirm email for the game when you try to save progress? 》

    I came on here because I an having this EXACT problem! After years of playing, things seem to have gone wacky on me!?! I play on my Samsung Note9, in case that is pertinent, and for I've been playing the other the games in my regular lineup because any time I check back in, the problem persists. normally I don't have to sign in every time I play it just automatically does and I'm saved game after Game Time After Time. But I notice a few weeks back, that when I went to play so I went to the next screen off the menu screen the game board or whatever, that's it had you know all my you know all the different specialty games and events and whatnot that line up the left side of the screen weren't there and it was just this almost this icon internet connection icon just X and then just sort of spinning like loading loading and it hasn't changed from that anytime I've attempted to go on it now for weeks. And of course when I return to the main menu I see that it says save progress which never usually says because I'm automatically signed in. And when I try to sign in whether I do it through my king account or Facebook, it spits out the same error message something along the lines of login or connection error or something like that. I absolutely don't want to have to delete and reload the game, because I had to do that once before and I lost my hundreds and hundreds of choirs goodies and my you know hundreds of thousands of beans or whatever. Any help you could offer or a direction you could point me to look for help would be very greatly appreciated! Thank you very much, Brooke

    I can understand that so we will try our best to help but I will be honest, sometimes it does take a reinstall to help. But we will try everything else first!

    ok so first things first, have you checked for updates?

    Have you tried a different network? (So if you use wifi, try mobile data)

    Probably the simplest thing to do and which is often forgotten, have you closed the game. Restarted your phone and then opened the game and tried logging in? I'm sure you've done all these things but as someone who once rang technical support as a monitor wasn't working, having tried everything and realised I hadn't plugged the monitor lead in.... sometimes it's best to start with the silly easy things 😂

    If you have done all that, try going to settings, apps, play store and anything play games related. Clear cache. Then go to fhs (still in settings and apps) and clear cache there too. Not data. Do not clear data as that will reset your game. Then for good measure I'd go back to storage and clear your phone cache. Reboot again. Try logging in. If this doesn't work, try playing a few levels before logging in.
