hi, the game has had me stuck at this level for literally weeks!
I'm ready to ditch this game, a challenge is one thing, but banging your head against the wall for so long is stupid, I'm over it! I have used countless boosters to no benefit. The algorithm has not given extra moves and the 19 moves issued is not nearly enough. There are no discussions or videos on this level, and Customer service were less than helpful.
Does anyone have any suggestions before I uninstall the game?

Sorry if you can't pass level 4993, actually I'm in at level 4877 and I can't give you any tips, but you are right sometimes is not more a challenge and there is no more fun!!!
Let me try to tag @PummyRaj and ask if she can give you some tips to pass this level 😉😊

hi, well I've kept playing and still unable to pass it. I've played this game for a long time, I've spent stupid amounts of money on gold bars and boosters during the years I've played the game. It's not a challenge any more, it's not fun! Watching the Tassnime Channel video on the level, they used an absolute boatload of boosters! I can't afford to spend unlimited amount of money for that many boosters. I've decided that when I run out of gold bars on this last game, I'm done. I'm not spending another cent. Congratulations King, you broke this player, you will not receive any more of my dollars. What a colossal disappointment.

I have essentially reached the same conclusion. I am stuck on level 4699 - 20 moves to Crack 22 blocks of ice, open 22 oysters, hatch 5 ducks and collect 120 strawberries. Stuck for over a week now. The only challenge at this level is how to use the most boosters. This is not playing a game, it's not fun anymore. And knowing that there will only be 2 levels before the next booster grabbing super hard level is discouraging. Been playing for years but ready to quit as no one seems to care about players' concerns anymore.

Exactly, I've talked to the customer service who have the same old story, "just ask the Community, watch a video, we monitor the levels all the time", I call complete *! The only way to get their attention is to stop spending any more money. Like you, I've played for years, seems they could care less!

Many players don't pay to play and that is why they suggest you try here. I agree with you about the boosters, that is why I never use any in my videos. However, they do monitor videos and if they are too hard, they will alter them. That's partly why I am quite a bit behind you as they keep changing the levels based on feedback but they have changed quite a few recently following feedback.
@encantes did ask for them to look at it, they said that they made some changes, but if you haven't seen any, it might be that you need to update your game.
