Cannot collect Gold Bars from Egg Basket

Hi there. Have just loaded the game to be told I've won 13/15 gold bars for the Egg Basket. I'm faced with the screen saying to collect but nothing happens when I click on it. I cannot move back or forwards from that screen and have to keep coming out of the game and going back in only for the same thing to happen. Any ideas please? Thank you.

I am thinking that you are experiencing this glitch in "Farmers Market" event! Did I guess right?
If so, can you please provide a screenshot for me?
After posting the screenshot, can you try these steps --> log out of the game -- Close the App -- Turn off your device -- give it few minutes and turn on the device -- open the App and log back in -- now, see if the problem still persists🤔

I need few details to report it to our Farm In-charge...
1) Which device are you using?
2) The version you have right now?
3) The event you have achieved the Gold Bars from - is it the Farmers Market or some other event?
As of now, these details should be enough👍️

I'm using a PC.
The version is 6.20.3
Not sure which event and cannot look as cannot get beyond last screen above. Probably safe to assume it's the Farm Market as the last screen is showing the word 'Farmtastic'.
Actually, I'm having other problems with the game and have been advised by your colleagues on another issue to reinstall and they will compensate me for any/some of the lost rewards. I'll see what you come back with before I decide what to do. Many thanks.

Oh, yeah! About not able to get the friends in your game, right?
Thank you for providing the details I needed. The Farm characters always say "Farmtastic", even in some levels😊
