Please click on this link --> https://soporto.king.com/contact and fill out the form.
After entering your email address, name and the game you are making purchase; select the "Topic" with --> "Purchase Issues or Questions";
Then at the "Subtopic", select --> "I have a question regarding Purchases";
Briefly explain in the box that says "tell us what you need", and submit the form.
You would be receiving an automated email as an acknowledgement of your complaint. But, you will be hearing from a real agent soon and you can find out the answers from them.
