Sorry if you didn't receive the Daily Bonus, the Farm Studio is aware of it and they are working to fix it.

Hi, I reported not getting daily rewards nearly 2 months ago now. While I now get the odd daily reward, it is still not daily (1-2 a week). I access the game at the same time every day.
I now also don't get any mini games / events. This has been happening for a month now.
I'm really disappointed, I've been playing Farm Heroes for years (approx 8 years) & I've never had issues like this before.
Really starting to consider getting rid of the game altogether if things don't improve

I too received the new version of Daily Bonus recently and from past 2 weeks, it is a bit glitchy!!
It does not show up as soon as I open the game like it used to. So, I tried to play an old level and after finishing it (win or lose), I go back to the Map screen , and the Daily Bonus pops-up!! It is the same from past 2 weeks on all my devices - iPad, laptop and Android phone!!
May be this trick would work for you too!! Please try and see🐣

I am having the same problem, I had been playing this game for around 8 years and deleted it last year as I was spending too much money lol.
I reinstalled the game 2 months ago and have no daily tasks (I have it all on my Android phone).
I am using an iPad Air 4th generation, iPad IOS version 16.6.1
l have updated it, and done what you have suggested above with no changes.

Using a life on a level you have already passed to try & get Daily rewards to work?
There hasn't been any updates as to whether this issue has been fixed or not.
Strangely the day after I posted about not getting events / mini games, they appeared.
Is there an update on a fix for Daily rewards?

чому у мене на ноуті та на телефоні різна кількість бонусів? Рівень один і той же. Тільки на телефоні чомусь щоденні бонуси нараховуються хаотично і буває, що тижнями їх немає. Чому нема синхронізації на пристроях?
