my 1-2-3 grow is invisible and I've been adding water and sun for awhile now.

I can't see the Venus cropsie at all.

    I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!

    First, please see if the troubleshooting steps help --> close the App - turn off WiFi - shut down the device -- then turn it back on after few minutes - then everything back on.


    If it doesn't work, I would request you to send a complaint to the King Player Support team right away!!

    All our Community Managers are out of the office and they won't be here till Monday. Hence, I won't be able to report the issue from my side.

    You can send your complaint directly from game...

    • click on the 3 lines icon located in the bottom left corner of the game "Home" screen;
    • Click on "Customer Care";
    • Click on "Events";
    • There is an option with 1-2-3 Grow event - click on it;
    • Now, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
    • You will see a form -- fill it up and "Submit"

    NOTE: Make sure to pick the choices at "Topic" and "Subtopic" - as suitable as possible.

    I did not check what options you would see. If you want assistance, please post back and let me know. To reply back, simply type in the blank box given below to my comment.

    Hope everything goes alright and you will see the Venus plant back in the game🐣

    Thank you, I have contacted them directly through the game. The reset didn't work. I appreciate the fast response. have a nice weekend.
