Which device are you using? Which version of the App do you have right now?
How long has it been since you saw any events? Can you please show me a screenshot of the Events folder in your game?

I am having the same problem! I have been playing the game 10 years and never had this happen for so long. The theater season never loaded. I’m on an iPhone 15, which is up to date. I’ve downloaded every update of the game. I even deleted it and reinstalled. I have the same problem if I try to play on my iPad. I have also tried emailing support 3 times and all I get is a generic reply. I’m so sad. This is my favorite game.

I am sorry to hear that you do not have the Theater Season or other events in your game! Is this the first time that you did not receive any of these special events?
I am wondering may be you are not in the group to receive the events, this time🤔 That happens to all of us! We do not receive any events for 1 or 2 months and then, we will get them again for few months. All of us in this King Community have experienced that once or twice!!
This season will be ending next weekend (31st)! So, I don't think it will be possible to receive it now!! But please don't be despair! I am sure that you will receive the events soon🤞
I will inform our Farm In-charge when they come back to work on Monday!
With regards to contacting the Player Support team --> that generic email is the initial response we all receive after sending a complaint. Please send a reply through that automated email and wait to hear back from a real agent, which will take up to 72 hours. Contacting the Player Support team is a delayed process as they have to take care of all 12 King Saga games!
